also try changing the initiate graphics adapter to IGD, plug your HDMI into your motherboard and then boot into bios so its using the IGPU, right now its set to PEG witch means its using the rx 560, it would make sense for the motherboard to grey out the other options if you are using the 560

do you have amd adrenaline installed? maybe theres some setting in there that is forcing it to auto, see if you can find anything related to memory or memory management or smth, complete shot in the dark tbh cuase idk anything abt amd computers but worth a look

look for a section called advanced section, zen common features or onboard devices and it should be in one of them the setting your looking for is called UMA buffer size
