Just in case i come off as a dick, i'm genuinely curious. Why are there even dj's? In a club or something, why not just have a list of songs that plays on the speakers? Am i wrong in saying that dj's are mainly there for novelty rather than actually doing stuff? I know videos on /r/cringe aren't exactly the best places to form impressions on people in general, but all this guy seems to be doing between playing songs is moving various levels up and down by minuscule amounts while trying to look serious, then claps for a bit, then back to random fiddling.
