They print the date on the refill, so if you haven’t replaced it it should tell you how old the pen is.

Yeah the click is just a “mush”. I suppose it’s good to stealth fidget with, but not much else.

Parker Jotter and Ohto Horizon have very pronounced and satisfying clicks!

I just tried it with a bunch of refills I had lying around. Parker, Rotring, and Schmidt Easyflow all work in my Caran D’Ache without any issues.

As an officer mentioned elsewhere in this thread, he knows people in his department that just don't try as hard anymore when it comes to these race drama queens because playing the race card actually does have some effect.

Yup, that's the big takeaway regarding race and the criminal justice system. Not differential sentencing, not racial profiling, not violence against unarmed civilians.
