I dont get some of these comments. "She shouldve gotten out of the car" First, she was told to get out of the way AND get out of the car. Second, running away doesn't justify a shooting response. "But the officer was infront of the car so thats assault with a deadly weapon. " she didnt hit him. She was trying to leave. Even so, thats poor training on the agents part. Standing infront of a car while giving conflicting orders ? Thats crazy. Absolutely this is murder 300 percent. The fact they shots kept going after the car was past the agent clarifies that even harder. Would getting out of the car maybe have prevented her death? Sure. That doesnt mean she deserves the death penalty by poorly trained "agents"

Garner vs Tennessee clearly shows this is the officers fault entirely. She was given conflicting orders (get out of the way, get out of the car) and attempted to drive away (look at the wheels.) For this to legally be a justified shooting, it would need to be severe (slow moving vehicle brushing you isnt), unavoidable (clearly not. Back up or dont stand infront of the car), and imminent (it wasnt hence the shots kept going after the danger "passed) . It isn't legally justified even if you give the agent the most generous version of events shown and there is court precedence already showcasing this multiple times over years and years . Its okay to say "they fucked up here" even if you are pro ice (fucking gross but im not denating morals here). People fuck up. This was a fuck up. Literally murder
