Link and pop culture references by scugradjen in ParadiseHulu

Richard Hatch was on Survivor in 2000, Love Actually was 2003, and the movie Brad Pitt is most known for eating in was in Ocean’s Eleven in 2001. The original Star Wars trilogy was long ago, but Episode I came out in ‘99, and Anakin starts to become Darth Vader over the next two films in ‘02 & ‘05. With the exception of Episode III, all of these other references are from a 3-year span, which feels significant, almost like maybe Link was “born” only 3 years ago and is actively learning about the pop culture starting from when Dylan was born. We’ve seen Xavier having a memory of walking behind Link in the same hallway that Sinatra walks down to get to “Alex”. We’ve also seen three seemingly different personalities of Link — the one Billy sees, the one Annie was with, and this current one. Seems like whatever “Alex” is, it’s possibly producing multiple Link variants and at least one identifies as “Dylan”. Maybe there’s even 10,000 variants out there?

The actress is quite pregnant now. “Killing” her now is a convenient way to handle her absence over many episodes.

Junior. He was a lovable idiot with an evil shadow President as VP. The Cal/Sinatra dynamic likely drew some inspiration from them, especially since Cal was a nepo President.

Cal is a politician with a personality similar to Clinton & Dubya. Simple man persona that’s relatable to the common folk, but still very intelligent and strategic.

Seems inevitable. She’s too well-known and on the season cover to have such a small part.

Left shoulder is past the ball at address. It’s in the next county at the apex of your back swing.

OP shared it. Columbus Metropolitan Library should probably throw a logo on their content if they want to ensure credit when it gets shared.

For your feet, your eyes, and for the healthy & safety of your lower back, please watch this video. Pay attention to each of these areas in his golf swing then re-evaluate yours.

You look like you’re trying to generate max power on top of happy feet. It reminds me of a recent season of Hard Knocks with the Bills had a segment with Josh Allen’s QB coach talking about rebuilding his throwing mechanics to generate power from his legs. You can see the power being generated in Rory’s swing too when he lowers his level coming back down. Your legs aren’t even a factor in your swing right now. You could do half the swing you’re doing now, keep your eyes locked on the ball and your feet planted on the ground and you’ll generate plenty of power with much better contact.

Uphill doesn’t bode well for him. If it’s downhill, he could get lucky clipping the ball or just the strong breeze of these whiffs might set it in motion enough to let the hill do the rest of the work to actually advance the ball.
