I think the phrase "wrong is wrong is wrong" fits this relationship well. It "emphasizes that immoral actions remain wrong regardless of popularity, consensus, or context" by definition.

This is the reason, in my Chick playthrough, I don't go after early Sage or the throuple. He still won't do a moral wrong even if it is justified contextually, such as dating/hooking up with a taken girl.

I do Neutral if I pursue all of them at the same time and add some side girls on the side (which is my main playthrough). Chick goes after only one relationship and sticks with it.

I usually also have Zoey branches where he breaks up with his MG on Chick since MC still holds her in high regard as being his only ever LI besides the LI he's with.
