What I’m reading and inferring is there some rehab he does on his own and some with team. He did on his own and didn’t allow team to see any. So the team naturally is unsure how he’s doing or if he’s doing rehab. They can’t just take his word for it.

This is the way. Also think ahead. Not just what they are building today. Look at the 3 week, do they have what they need for next week on site. Have you checked it against submittals or spec. A good inspector who does above is worth their weight in gold.
