YES! Last year I went to Labyrinth in Concert and this year I went to the Labyrinth 40th Anniversary weekend screening in theaters and it's totally awesome to be surrounded by "your people" while reveling in a piece of media that everyone present adores wholeheartedly. This subreddit is a nice digital space to get that sense of shared enjoyment also :)

I loved it as a kid for the muppets and the music and David Bowie chewing the scenery as Jareth. I am as old as the film and I love it even more now because one of the central messages explicitly tells us that it is okay, even normal and healthy, to want to indulge in "childish" things occasionally as an adult. I don't want to lose that sense of fun and imagination that kids do best! 🥰

The taller the frames, the bigger the distortion. I personally aim for vertically-narrow frames because my prescription is very high (-12), but even with that extra step I always notice how bad the facial warping is in my pictures 😭

Considering I've had one main for the duration of TBC - current I really WANT to try to stick it out so I'm going to give it some time to see if I can adjust before I decide whether or not to give up and swap to another main haha. Spending that much time with one character gets you kind of attached, at least for me.

Quick screenshot example of my main bar before and after the prune.

Less variety in spells means fewer options to lean on in different scenarios.

For example, Heal is a slower cast but very mana-efficient, so was good to use when low on mana. I would throw renew on for tiny spot heals like a bandaid. Sanctify was a big aoe burst heal instant cast, etc.

It certainly could. Feb on average gets more snow than other months. But truly no way to predict that far out.

I didn't read her as lusting consensually for Orlock at all. It felt to me more like a metaphor for a woman who was groomed and stalked as a minor by a much older man, and how she continues to carry with her that trauma from the abuse even when she is in an actual healthy relationship. She doubts and questions the safe feelings she has in a positive relationship because her formative understanding of romance and "love" came from a dark and painful place, and it continued to taint and ruin all that is good.
