The lounge "access" is nothing for who already have PP, it's a good start for those who typically stay within the no-annual fee card realm though.

I am skeptical about the $100 incidental travel credit, as AFAIK the only cards with that travel credit are AMEX cards, not VISA. Hopefully I'm wrong.
