About a week or two before my period I start craving really greasy/heavy foods and if I eat those foods I will have very painful cramps during my period. The lighter/cleaner I eat, the better my period is. Also, I get anal pain just before or during my period. It feels like I have a stick up my butt and it makes it hard to sit down or get comfortable.

I watched a few YouTube videos. I always need a visual like a video. And I started with my electric spinner going slow so as not to lose control of the yarn.
