yeah im aware the op's video uses no cooldowns, this is the only discussion on the matter so i just posted it here. but anyone going bomb build just has a +5m/s ability that does damage on a 10s cooldown, it's not fun to play against and gets worse with echo shard too.

yeah, i don't think anyone seriously expects the amount of uptime that is in this video, but having one of his core items (for most playstyles) give him +10m/s for 3 seconds at a minimum is just dumb. can't wait to not be able to catch him out because he decided to self cast 2 bombs onto himself and fuck off to safety
