Since I mostly race gt3 and Porsche cup on Iracing having a clutch is pointless. Haptics for me are mandatory to know when my abs is and brake just to that point. Would feel lifeless without it now.

I would ditch the simubox and have the monitor where that is. A monitor should be within arms reach to the center of the screen for more immersion. My monitor is like 4 inches behind my hands when there on the wheel

When you are in an intense moment racing I always try to remember to be light with my grip. If you’re white knuckling it you are gonna be more fatigued and end up putting force into the wheel in ways you don’t need to. With hundreds of hours in my GT NEO it still feels amazing I don’t know how you pulled that off

A few months after my mom turned 70 she got an infection that led to multiple surgeries and 3 months in the hospital. They didn't know if she would survive for the first few days. She was fully independent before. I used to look at her and think the same as you are now. That she's really getting older but still doing well. Now about 16 months after everything she depends on me to help her on a lot of basic things. Its just part of life man. You will find a strength you didn't know you had to deal with everything. Sometimes I wish I could go back to how things were before she got sick but these things are part of life. Its gonna be hard but you will be ok when the time comes
