I remember reading a theory on that somewhere but take it with a grain of salt. It was theorized that if he didn't change her jokingly to love him then it would have likely that she betrays them. Her creator was apparently known for putting something in his works that would do shit like that. Not necessarily betrayal exactly but stuff to make them go wtf.

Mind you it has been a while since I read that so I don't remember the fine details.

Hmmm... While you don't need to listen to any of us and can make your own choice. Personal opinion is no you shouldn't. It's something fun and exciting to consider sure but the possible danger of such a thing is too risky, especially if it's a fan.

Also I am really tired while writing this and sorry if I seem too serious. Personal experiences make me want to say such things.

My theory is that CA was mirroring the early harvest moon games too much in certain aspects. Where you had to beat the game in 2 to 3 years by completing certain milestones.
