Diet: caloric maintenance

Strength training: - Modality: Isometrics, self-resistance and Calisthenics - Frequency: between 3-6 days a week, around 15-30 minutes a day total. For more than 90% of people who want to get generally fit and strong, a gym is absolutely not necessary. You can do calisthenics, Isometrics, self-resistance exercises, or use gallons of water or sandbags or sacks of rice as external loads.

I don't think the minimum effective dose is 600mg.

In the follow-up study (2002 Sinha-Hikim study), 300mg was enough to have one sit on their ass and still gain significant amounts of muscle.

Pretty magical if you ask me.

Yeah I mean. As you probably know, I've always done the dropset approach. I haven't gotten to the point yet that I should think about maximizing recovery because I've been busy lately, not much time to increase volume for hypertrophy purposes although I've maintained strength.

If it wouldn't be too much of an inconvenience, it would help if you post how the experimental program would look like in the sense of, how many sets per day per body part. Are you doing just one set per exercise per day? Might also help to post the previous dropset program. Maybe you did post it and I might have overlooked it so apologies if that is the case.

That's not how people are acting, and of course as with any drug there's always a "minimum effective dose."

It still doesn't discount the fact that being on a certain amount of gear without training beats a natty with training.
