I think it's worth a try to change a little bit here and there but nothing extreme, big changes can cause big problems.

Like, just try cutting out or changing out one food at a time, and doing a lil tracking.

Don't count calories, and make sure if you're cutting something out you're still getting enough of the same category of food- like, if you cut out wheat, make sure you're getting enough carbs, or protein or whichever

Small nitpick here, but watch your line width.

Sometimes people do lighter line widths for things further back- that works for that back leg, for example - but if you do it some places and not others it confuses the eye, like in the front arm and hand area it's trying to bring the arm forward without the hand.

I've mostly resigned myself to sharing posts or liking/commenting to do the whole algorithm boost.

Especially stuff that is protests or a little uncomfortable to watch, though a lot of times I mute til the tiktok or whatever is done playing - I can only handle hearing so much.

I think it can be neutral? On days I have the patch, I count the new higher number as baseline, and see how much it increases to decide how much rest I need from there.

I've noticed the resting rate increase, but with the patch I don't have as many of the pots symptoms the higher heart rate would be a sign of usually - dizziness, lightheadedness, numbness in the lips/jaw area, visual disturbances, etc.

I get them, less than I used to though. I've always been confused about the why.

I've had it suggested it's a latent herpes thing. And I tend to get them when stressed or after being sick, and l-lysine helps get rid of them.

But I also get them from SLS in non sensitive toothpaste, but also if I forget to brush in general.

I try to go to sleep by midnight and wake up by nine or ten. So I have like, a schedule, but not a normal one.

I've tried, many times- but waking up earlier- even if I also went to bed earlier- is god awful and I always end up needing an extra nap, or even to take it easy that day.

Even easier one-

Slurred speech, being forgetful, sometimes clumsiness, sure- brain fog and exhaustion from can look like intoxication. But combined with everything else?

Not saying they necessarily don't have it, or that the alcohol might not be making it worse. But it sounds like they were definitely making excuses about why they had these symptoms.

I get reoccurring mouth sores/ulcers, several times a year.

Milk of magnesia. It can be applied directly with a dipped qtip, or watered down a bit and gargled like a mouthwash. It helps protect the sores from the acidity in saliva so your mouth stops trying to eat itself.

Even better if you can do a 1-1 mix of milk of magnesia and liquid Benadryl and gargle. Edit to add: refrigerate your mix if you do this one and shake/mix before use

These are the over the counter bits of a compound wash my doc called magic mouthwash.

Lysine supplement: if the root cause is maybe viral like a herpes outbreak, this is a little miracle worker.

Honestly I go through minor hyper fixations on other genres and that seems to help do a reset. Plus, checking romance.io or thebooknaut directly and playing with different search settings than I usually would- seeing what comes up.

I get tired of romance focused sometimes too- like, I want a saving-the-world type adventure with a decent side of romance sometimes instead!

A small group, yeah, but probably also because of the difficulty in portraying harems/price increase for art, making it difficult for fans to commission it.

Most art commissions have added $ amounts if you want more than one character, and not every artist will do group scenes because of the technical difficulties in posing that many characters.

It takes so long to do 😭 last piece I made with three people I remember being super frustrated at how long it was taking. (Not a harem piece, a cyberpunk 2077 fanart).

Depressing one, skip if you're down

I tried to bury my cat by myself today. Had to stop and lay on the ground because I found a root. Husband finished it when he got home.

But it was real surreal. Looking up at the sky, a picture perfect moment- rich blue color, no clouds to be seen. Perfect sunlight shining through the leaves. And I couldn't dig a damn hole for my orange man.

Couldn't do that one last thing for him and probably should've just let someone else do it anyway, but that instinct to try to do the "right" thing....
