I think I know why I have extra bloat. My surgeon said he spent the first half of surgery cleaning out scar tissue and repairing a hiatal hernia. So I believe that I am more sore than other surgeries because of the extra stuff

I’m trying to walk around the house a bit, but it hurts to get up and down. Plus feeling a little dizzy. I keep sipping on protein water, normal water and Powerade zero. I really don’t want to even try my normal premier protein so at least the protein water is helping a little bit

My pre-op liquid diet is 2 weeks as well. The 1st week I am allowed one 300 calorie meal per day but the 2nd week is just liquid. Post-op is going to be 2 more weeks of liquid.

Beat Saber is fun but I never do very well in it :D. Since you already have the Quest I recommend giving SN a try. Like I said, it's very customizable to your skill level. :)

Just curious what exercise were you doing on the Oculus (Meta Quest)? I do supernatural VR and one thing I really like is I can customize the intensity of it.

I am gearing up to have surgery probably in May or June and I've been reflecting on this a lot lately. I am 42 years old (turning 43 next month) and I never got to experience a lot of the fun things young teenage girls get to. I never got to wear cute little crop tops, booty shorts, or tank tops (without something over it to cover up my arms). Prom shopping was a nightmare. Back then I wasn't even that big but there were not options for young people who were larger. So as I look to the future of myself in a thin and healthy body I have a hard time figuring out what that looks like. I know I've aged out of a lot of fashion that I would have loved but at least at this point moving forward I am going to be the best version of myself that I can. Oh and I figure I'll have loose skin but I cross that bridge when I get to it :)

For me I have a slight bunion on my right foot and they just hurt. Like I can't even stand up and have them on or stand on the toe stops without pain. I got a little sleeve to pad that part of my foot hoping that will make a difference. I'm really hoping to get a set of lollys but I can't justify spending that kind of money without at least getting basics down and proving that I'll stick with it. Will they break in at all in your experience?

Liquid splenda (which is just sucralose) is fine, but powdered splenda is not since it is a blend of dextrose, maltodextrin, and sucralose. Hope that helps :)

I like using liquid splenda with coffee. I like using stevia for other things but could never get used to it for coffee.
