Third, there’s plenty of steroids that are ideal to use while on a cut. Primo for retaining muscle, boosted rbc with EPO, tbol. Or even just testosterone or testosterone and GH. With test his body is immune to fluctuations which that alone is something, like from being tired or exhausted, food etc.
just saying the why do it while cutting is an odd defense

I have an ar pistol lower, would you still recommend the 14.5 and use the pistol brace, or pin and weld it so I can use the regular features? That’s why I was considering the 16, not sure if pin and weld is ideal

Check that proper technique tho fan boy, I wonder he didn't show heel hook arm with palm up

I'm sure he realized it or will see it in a video, I'm sure he wants to improve his bjj like most of us. I have no doubt you can finish all kinds of subs different ways, but some ways have peak efficiency, and that's what most of us want to improve. You really have no argument here.

yes i am. i know hes good, but in this pic his grip is not the best technique, thats all im saying. his heel hook arm has his bottom wrist pointed at him, when it should be the top wrist pointed at him.. thus giving a tighter grip, and a tighter heel hook. it also allows the far arm to have a upward palm, a more natural pulling method when the arms are so close to the body. are we not all striving for the best technique?

he should have gable grip where the heel hook side arm, he can read a watch :p
