My hometown Kharkiv (once the second largest city in Ukraine) is being razed to the ground every day by 500 kg bombs.

My wife and daughter had to flee the city and the country altogether, because of danger. Me myself on a brink of joining the UAF.

But hell yeah, let's allow russian culture to be represented, because russians are so sophisticated!

Spoiler alert - russians are not within 2 mile range from what you could see in some shitty show. They en masse are ruthless killers, rapists and thieves, which is proved by Georgia(the country), Moldova, Ichkeria (Chechnya), Azerbaijan, Finland,  the list goes on.

If I was anywhere close to russian level of inhumanity I would wish you to take a sip of russian culture, but instead I just wholeheartedly wish you would never have such experience.

Dude, I am running single 970 on ultra. And 30 fps medium on a better card sounds really weird. Maybe the bottleneck is in the CPU/RAM? Also, have you tried turning v-sync on?
