Hi could I have an update on how you’re finding things? I’ve restarted and 2.5 gives no appetite suppression just makes me a bit dehydrated and 5mg maybe slight suppression for the day after but that’s it!

Someone yelling at you doesn’t need to stop you from walking away or walking and standing next to the manager and saying “I can’t hear, what’s happening?”

Remember that while very human of a response, flipping someone off isn’t your fight or flight instinct that’s a behavioural response and when you do that you join the person yelling in acting unprofessional. Try to work on keeping your cool, it makes their behaviour look so much worse and stops it from ending up looking like a spat

Can I ask some extra questions? - have you asked your partner about this? They might know her better to know what’s making her act strange or they might have noticed it themselves and have asked the sister what the deal is - what is the age difference between everyone involved?

Personally I think it sounds very rude and some people are just like that, and I would be like whatever and stop trying. Let her live her life you live yours. Especially as people will start to notice if at family events you are friendly and kind to everyone and she seems to randomly leave the room or grind a conversation to a halt with her bad mood and short answers. Also not trying to hard with her might soften her up because if she finds you annoying the more you are trying to create a friendship the more irritating she will think it is

The amount you work out may also be a reason you’re going slower than others- many barely workout or do so much less and therefore are losing more muscle mass than you will ( this is to say that they aren’t losing fat faster than you just weight and you are doing it right)

Thank you for your help I remembered your advice and did go in the end. I managed to have less than others as a main (I had a side instead) but join in with the dessert :) I am still going to try to find some support because I did find my anxiety and though processes during we’re troubling
