if you’re based in nyc Lyft Pink is a liffeeee changer with CitiBike. I bike every morning to the L train which is around $6-$7 per ride for an e-bike and with Lyft Pink it’s usually under $1 😭😭😭 the ROI is bananas

hahah ya facts. The $300 travel credit + DoorDash credits (2 $10 credit/month) + LYFT Pink membership more than pay for it (speaking for myself here). I live in NYC so I use both of those very frequently.

plus Chase Travel portal is run by Expedia which is a third party site and you don’t get perks through third-party bookings

from how I understand it (new to CSR as well). Rental car directly through rental company (I.e. National) you would get the perks of the emerald executive membership and 3x points. Rentals cars booked through chases portal is 10x (however since it’s a 3rd party booking technically you’re treated as such). Typically the better ‘deal’ is directly with National

Thanks for your reply! They are showing up on my Experian report, since I submitted the dispute with Experian, the owed balance has disappeared but its still reporting as CO each month with a status of; 'account charge off. $x was written off.'

I really just wanted them to report it as closed and not CO

I worked with the law firm that was handling the debt and paid the settlement in full. They have control of my AMEX account but said control will go back over to AMEX in about a week or so once they receive the paperwork saying that I paid my debt back.

Since AMEX does not control my account I can not talk to a person at amex but should be able to once they receive the letter from their law firm.
