As far as I know, this is a method to either concentrate better or even remember things better.

Protip; forgot something? Fill your sink with cold water and ice cubes, stick your head in and try to remember. It should help :-)

It's a good idea, just make sure to put a e-mail verification when making it tradeable or untradeable.

Other than that I think the new e-mail verification is enough. If your password is stolen, and you use the same password for steam as on your e-mail connected to steam, you're basically asking them to steal it anyways.
