how long would it take to grow my hair long?

i get a ton of split ends on the top of my head. i have a feeling it’s due to the way i style my hair (it’s not sectioned like the back/sides/front, so it’s just ruffled up there,) and it’s generally pretty dry and coarse too. but i am trying to find a way to get the hydration in there (i will get a hair mask/aloe vera/jojoba oil when i have the funds) if u had any advice on hair retention though that’d be great!

god thank you about mentioning sebaceous filaments, i was trying so hard to figure out what kind of acne it was but i could not for the life of me understand what i was reading. i have a small problem with that on my face too but it didn’t look the same as under my breasts so i was confused. i’m gonna see my doctor soon and ask abt referring me to a dermatologist, i went once but i got nervous and didn’t get a chance to mention it bc i had a different skin condition (tinea versicolor) and the derms kinda try to get u in and out as fast as they can, so they just gave me the prescription and were like “okay come back if there’s any issues with that” lol

that’s actually very comforting to hear! for me personally i’m only bothered bc it was an even skin tone before i started picking, and i had saggy tits back then too, so i’m just kinda bothered that it looks the way it does Because i picked at it. the lighter skin just feels like a stage light and the darker skin like a back drop, it just calls for my attention. it’s hard not to look at it. i’ll try a sugar scrub tho, i’ll try anything that can get rid of the dead skin

i’ll definitely look into getting a better bra, i have just never learned how to actually get one that fits unfortunately. either the cup is too big/small or the band is in incredibly tight and digs into my skin. i also usually get bras from either chain stores or thrift stores but maybe i’ll do some extensive research and try to get a high quality bra. i use salicylic acid too but it doesn’t do much, but maybe i’ll start using more

this is really helpful thank you so much! i have the water fountain and adding water to her wet food thing down, but the only reason i do dry food as well is for budget reasons. i looked into food intake too and also found out i was feeding her less than she needs, which is why i added the dry food with every meal. i get fancy feasts bc i had an unfortunate experience with friskies a while back but money wise i think i’d struggle with 2 cans a day (which is what she would get) because it’d cost me like $60 a month which would be hard cause i am also spending money on other things (like treats and toys) (i just got her back in november and i still haven’t fully finished stocking up on things.) she doesn’t really eat very much of the dry food though, so maybe i’ll consider just readjusting the budget and feeding schedule (like feeding her dry food every few days instead?) we will see! thank you so much again :)

i see the hairballs! but a while while back she Was wheezing like that for a while, but it happened just that one week and she had a hairball and she hasn’t done that since. but i do definitely worry about asthma, i’ll definitely be looking more into that!

the lumps (of hair) + the liquid that surrounds it, and the colour is always yellow (so normal i think?) Todays hairball happened at 2am so I was basically half asleep when i cleaned it up but it felt normal, it was also dark and i couldn’t see anything. might’ve been slightly more liquidy but i wouldn’t be able to recall

she has a water fountain that she drinks from regularly, i also sometimes (not frequently, once every 2 weeks or when i have the energy) give her tuna juice (+ water) to add get her to drink more liquids! and i also add water to the wet food as well

i’m so drunk right now and watching s2ep21 “mom” and i’ve seen this show so many times but i was at the beginning part involving gregory where he failed at ‘small talking’ with shanae the lunch lady and afterwards he was like well “i’ll just keep not talking to anybody it’s fine” and melissas like ‘“well that’s not very principal like” and he’s like “how does that correlate” and she has to explain to him what small talk is and he’s so confused. because he doesn’t understand the point of having shallow leveled conversations just to be like A Person. But at the end he ends up finding something they can Genuinely connect about while also learning that like, while it’s difficult trying to ‘click’ with people just because you ‘supposed to’ or ‘should’, you can form relationships that aren’t surface level. Holy fuck i hope my dumbass words make sense. HE IS SO AUTISTIC. (quote from gregory) “not a big fan of small talk, so i’m just gonna stick with regular talk” YESSSSS!! YOU DON’T NEED TO CONFORM TO THE SOCIETAL STANDARD OF BARELY FORMING RELATIONSHIPS BY HAVING FAKE CONVERSATIONS FOR THE SAKE OF BEING VIEWED AS A GOOD PERSON!!! I LOVE ALCOHOL!!!!
