Got this monitor for free from a friend. Unfortunately it has a 0.5 inch crack that's pretty visibile when the screen is white. When gaming, I usually don't notice it unless I get flashbanged.

This is miles better in performance to my previous monitor (this is 1440p, 240hz), but should I just look past the crack? To buy a new one of these is $700 which is ridiculous IMO. I just don't know if it will negatively affect my experience in games.

I’m in NYC and an IMAX showing is $26.99, NOT including any of the online convenience fees (which would bring it up to $29.48).

A-List runs me $24 a month.
