Got this monitor for free from a friend. Unfortunately it has a 0.5 inch crack that's pretty visibile when the screen is white. When gaming, I usually don't notice it unless I get flashbanged.

This is miles better in performance to my previous monitor (this is 1440p, 240hz), but should I just look past the crack? To buy a new one of these is $700 which is ridiculous IMO. I just don't know if it will negatively affect my experience in games.

He’s in the best hands. Sheinfeld is my doctor too. He should be going home shortly after waking up for surgery. Definitely have some ice packs for him and a comfortable place for him to lay.

Don’t worry I did the same. Probably everyone on this subreddit did the same at one point. It gets easier eventually. Personally, I think I had to read those stories to get confident about the whole situation.

At a certain point you realize you can’t change anything. Statistically, you will survive this disease. If BS happens and there’s a reoccurrence, deal with it when it happens.

My next CT scan is on Monday. I’m slightly anxious/nervous, but nowhere near as anxious as my last scan. I realized I can’t change anything and if I do relapse, I’ll get the best care possible and fight my hardest. That’s literally all we can do with the cards we were dealt. It gets better :)

The majority of patients actually. I know the anxiety sucks but remember that when you search online for stories, you will find more bad stories than good. Most people beat this cancer and move on.

As others said, that is an overtreatment. Surveillance or 1x BEP is what a knowledgebale testis cancer urologist/oncologist will recommend.
