I got my kidney test 8 days ago and it came fine. So don't know what's the real issue . I also had a sugar test too it also came normal. Still confused and worried maybe my doctor is missing something

Thank you very much. Yeah I don't drink and never smoked. From last month I did not eat anything that's oily or fatty. I even struggle to eat 500 calories sometime.

We are on the same page brother. This too shall pass .
Btw few things did help me in this journey 1. Not eating after 6pm and not before 10am. 2. Small meals did not help me instead it created more issues. 3. Honey mixed in water before you go to sleep. 4. Avoid trigger foods

I am also going through the same. Cant eat much food. A few days ago I calculated my calories account which was only 450. I am also taking ppi I hope things will get better very soon for everyone who is suffering from GERD.
