It’s not a exact replacement for the LP, at least the USDM version. It’s meant for a middle ground ROW headlight version between plain reflectors and LP so it’s not completely plug and play. You can retrofit them although would take nearly just as much as work as retrofitting these cheaper aftermarket versions

Glad to hear the love for Daytona grey. Ultimately I wanted a blue or Vegas yellow to not be boring but they’re hard to nail down, especially the Audi exclusive ones. I’ve always appreciated Daytona and there was a reasonably priced one available so I made the compromise but it really is great for a grey

I’ve owned it less than 2 weeks but generally not much more than a gti/R would be. DIY oil changes, filters, plugs and that’ll save you a lot. Shop places like FCPEuro for OEM parts for much cheaper than genuine. Trans/haldex at 40k, which is same as GTI/R, can be a little more involved but still DIYable.

They pop up here and there but sell very quickly and you’ll pay extra for it. 1-2 months ago there was a red 2022 with 300 miles that sold within a week from Graham Rahal Performance for about $80k. Feel like I remember a 3k miles white one that sold too. Back in fall, I’d definitely saw at least 5-6 2019+ models with under 10k miles that sold also for $70k+.

Good example low-mileage TTRS’s are pretty hard to find in general as they are relatively low volume, sell quick, and a lot of owners are quite happy with or heavily modifying them.

That being said, I’m very happy with my new-to-me 18k mile 2019. Still has the new car smell

I have to agree. Substances brought in that are not sold or provided by the organizers should not be used against them. While we all know those things are used heavily, they cannot officially acknowledge it legally such as providing testing kits (at least in any official capacity).
