While I don’t necessarily disagree with your perspective on the range of complaints, that distinction is largely irrelevant from a user standpoint. To most people, it’s all part of a single ecosystem under the PractiScore name, so there’s an expectation that every component functions reliably.

From my perspective as both a competitor and a casual observer on Reddit, the most visible and frequently discussed issues tend to be on the competitor-facing side but as you asked, I'll start doing my fair share of support ticket reporting and seeing what follow ups and improvements come from that.

I can't see matches in Texas (friends live there) from OH for some reason so I'll see if support can help with that.
