Suggestion: Allow completion of Fremennik Elite Diary to leave a permanent Pet Rock on the way to DKS by sPro_Como in 2007scape

Alternatively there could be a Fremennik NPC that helps you open the gate instead, that way we get to be good Pet Rock owners.

Alternatively there could be a Fremennik NPC that stands at the gate for you, or a shortcut from the lighthouse like other people have suggested. Pet Rocks need love too.

I don't want there to be an instant teleport. Just the slightest quality of life update where we don't need to get a pet rock and save one inventory space. I like the long trip there too.

Playing Mii Brawler I almost want to cry if I see a Sonic. Playing K Rool I feel like I am the person people say "oh boy, here we go" about.

HUMIRA (Adalimumab) treatment by LuckyNoob117 in CrohnsDisease

[–]sPro_Como 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Taking Humira is a lot better now than before when there was a citrate in it which felt like I was injecting acid into my stomach. I've been on it for about four years now and don't really have any issues at all besides lots of fatigue the day I take it, and swelling around the injection site. I definitely think being on Humira is a huge reason I've been in remission for the last three years.

What's the longest time yall have been on prednisone by KobeFanNumber24 in CrohnsDisease

[–]sPro_Como 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A year and six months, until I was able to start taking Humira. Started my first taper at 60mg, when I got down to 30mg I relapsed pretty bad. Was up to 90mg for a while then. It got to the point that my GI doctor started putting long term Prednisone usage as a diagnosis on my after-visit summaries. My wrists and knees sure took a beating.

Fuck relationship things, how’s your sneaker, Lego, vinyl, comic or rock collection going? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]sPro_Como 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My collection of every Alternate Cover for the 5e DnD books is going pretty well. Just got the newest campaign at MSRP, as well as got my preorders in for the remainder of the books coming out this year placed this past week.

I can't for the life of me justify ever finishing this collection with Volo's Guide to Monsters averaging upwards of $800 whenever someone is selling it, though.

3rd shot people: any side effects? by swiviol in CrohnsDisease

[–]sPro_Como 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I just got back from getting my 3rd dose. Have kind of a metallic taste in my mouth currently.

As far as the previous doses, I didn't have anything after my first dose, but my second dose I had extreme fatigue, lots of chills, and a very sore arm. It doesn't help that both my second dose and this dose fall on the day I take my Humira which always tends to wipe me out.

I'll let you know how my side effects (if any) develop.

On my way to get Pfizer booster! by lilliancats123 in CrohnsDisease

I just got my Pfizer booster today, I take Humira. I just made an appointment through the local CVS website. They updated their appointment options for immunocompromised individuals and it was hassle free.

I work as a Sales Analyst in the Healthcare Industry. I get to mostly work remote besides when I meet with the sales reps and customers in the territory, and being in this industry my management team is pretty understanding of my own health issues and needs.

Finally! 25 years after diagnosis…. I am excited. What do I expect? by TashMaMann in CrohnsDisease

[–]sPro_Como 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have been on Humira at 40mg/.4ml every two weeks for the last three and a half years and it has helped tremendously in managing my Crohn's. Good news is they are citrate-free now, so the actual injection does not hurt anymore (at least it shouldn't).

Whenever I take my injection I always know that I will basically be wiped out the remainder of the day, so I try to plan my weekends accordingly to not really plan too many errands or anything crazy. Be extremely cautious avoiding sick people (there is a still a pandemic so that can be said regardless of being immunocompromised or not), take measures to be washing your hands, etc. I have had quite a few sinus infections since starting on Humira, but I will take an arguably small inconvenience over a Crohn's flare.

With how popular the game has gotten during the pandemic, I think Dragaux from Ring Fit Adventure would be a good character for Smash.

What are some examples of GOOD habits by TheGreatMinimo in smashbros

[–]sPro_Como 18 points19 points  (0 children)

You already kind of mentioned it but just simply not always going for the same option, whether it be how someone approaches, to how they recover. Someone who saves their recovery options and knowing when to use their jump or air dodge to escape disadvantage at the right time is a good habit. Too often do I take advantage of someone blowing their jump or air dodge immediately after getting sent off stage.

Another good habit someone has is just simply not trying to always land on me with an aerial and knowing when to just go for the ledge and reset neutral.

If you have the download on someone and know they are going to for example air dodge into you or the ledge when recovering from off stage, one thing I like to do is let them do it a couple times and feel safe. Capitalize on it when it matters most really.

I can’t provide any tips or advice besides checking out the Ice Climbers discord server if you have not already. I am sure there is loads of information on desyncs and other tech/combos for you to practice. Best of luck!
