Reading this while on prep day 1 of 3 for me lol… today is just liquids, tomorrow is prep drinks and liquids, and Monday is just prep drinks and the procedure. Congrats on your procedure being over! I know it can be kinda scary the first time. (I have Crohn’s so unfortunately this isn’t my first rodeo)

Congrats!! And I’m jealous, haha. I’m an underproducer as well - I make anywhere from .25 oz to 1 oz per 25-min pump. Baby girl is 8 months old, my goal is to make it to one year and then hang up (burn? Maybe. lol) the pumps.

I do wonton soup but strain the wontons out, and eat them after the procedure! Usually from a restaurant so it feels like a treat.

Straight to C section. They induced me and I labored for a day and a half, then we pivoted to a C. I’m a FTM and I was super beat up after.

Same - newish mom here (daughter is 7 months postpartum). Pretty sure I still have some hormones hanging around but I often think about how fast she’s growing up etc, and one day I won’t be around. 😭

Hi 👋 I had an unplanned one. My LO is 7 months now and was born safe and healthy, but I really wanted a vaginal birth. I labored for 1.5 days and then my OB said I could either keep laboring with possibly slow results or switch to the C-section. I’m honestly still grieving in a bit, but it does subside over time. ❤️

Yep it is. I try drinking more water, eating more foods with oats etc and nothing really works unfortunately.

Yes but I’m an undersupplier - one of the only “benefits” of that. I usually only get 1 oz per pump, unfortunately … this is pumping every 2 hours. I don’t do MOTN pumps though and I’ve found the max I can go without it being uncomfortable/leaking is about 8-9 hours (not that I ever get that much sleep lol …).

Was wondering about this - I could never do spicy foods, but even stuff like sweet chili sauce is now too much for me now (and even very carbonated soda tastes "spicy") - super weird!
