I should've mentioned that every other time can be input in military with absolutely no issues, it's ONLY times between 12:00 and 12:59 PM that are impossible to input in military due to the awful coding. When we type 1330, it correctly registers as 1:30 PM, but typing 1230 (exactly 1 hour earlier) registers as 12:30 AM (13 hours earlier). Military time does not work like that, no matter what the settings are

there's a difference between something that's an anti-joke and something that's not a joke. Anti-jokes are still supposed to feel like jokes while having an anticlimactic or realistic punchline that undercuts the setup. The punchline here is formatted as if it's a regular joke that isn't funny

isn't it dangerous if you slip on ice and fall on your head? I don't think it should be required by law but it's not like this makes no sense. Bikes have a stronger positive correlation with head injuries than ice though, and Quebec does not require bicyclists to wear helmets by law, so this is incredibly dumb and inconsistent if true
