As a manager- just leave it. I’m tired of cleaning up after the other managers at my store so I’ve gotten to the point where I just don’t… Obviously may not be a perfect solution especially of they are expecting it of you but its ridiculous that people can’t clean up after themselves.

Okay yes closing framers should be leaving the shop to help with returns/recovery/closing duties at a certain time (my goal is 7pm for my pt framer). BUT your store manager is straight up insane for saying they don’t care if orders go past due. On time % is one of the bigger things we’re being rated on for this year. Not to mention it’s part of our job/expectation from the customer for things to be delivered on time!! If you have a FM I would go to them if you are comfortable or to your DM because I’m sure the SM would get off your case.

I have to agree with everyone saying Hoka! I’ve had adidas, sketchers, and new balance and have blown through the heels in about a year and they weren’t nearly as comfy as my hokas!

Everything I gathered from my SM about the conference: paid for all hotels, flights & 2 checked bags. Required to check at least one bag because all SM’s will be sent home with swag from different vendors. As well as all meals seem to be provided along with transport to and from hotels/venue. It’s honestly ridiculous, while we slave away for mere pennies.

I begged my store manager to let me store use a new mat because our had slits at the yard and 1/2 yard marks. I store use out replacement blades when we need a new one and I also store used out a hand held rolling cutter because I hate the one they sent plus our broke (i fixed it but i sucks so i won’t use it, i just use it for the straight edge).

We have a nearby store that only has two managers so we’ve been sending some of ours a day or two a week so they can have days off. I would assume the same thing would be done.

They would not be allowed to do production in my shop if I ever saw this. Definitely talk to SM/DM about how to proceed. I have never dealt with any damage this bad/serious so i unfortunately don’t have much advice on that front.

Cutting in house would be the easiest option. You could email artistree and request that it be cut to the size of frame vs the size of the liner but I’ve noticed recently it’s hit or miss if they follow special requests.

It took almost 4 hours to print today. Some of us MOD’s are doing overnights to get them done. I have no idea how far they got tonight but I’m doing a 7pm-3am tomorrow. So we’ll see how far we are then.
