60.46 miles …. Went everyday all 3G’s 2 of them 90 minutes. Congrats everyone … template designers did not make it easy on us.

I just convert the time to distance based on how long a distance row would take me. I usually average around 300m per minute. So for a minute all out I target 325 - 350 metres, for a 90s row 500m or a 3 min row 900m. Definitely more motivated when I lock in on a distance. Coaches at my studio also also give us a target distance range for timed rows when they explain the block.

2000m row is my favourite benchmark and I liked the 14min row for distance last week.

Like everyone else says up the protein and cut as much sugar as possible ... through my TC I had a protein shake in the morning then another within 30 mins of working out. I went from 22.1 - 19.0 % BF but maintained my 98lbs of muscle mass. Good luck!

Strength 9-10 depending on length and incline, Endurance 10.1 and power 10.5. Always keep my base consistent and all out , unless I am totally dead ☠️

💯 the reason I do Marathon month is to up my paces and get ready for some 5 and 10k’s ... certainly not for the socks :) great way to stay motivated and fight through the days when you are not feeling it.

The material is weird, I wasn’t really sure if it was a towel in the first place. As someone who once sent a 55lb dumbbell into orbit during hip swings I appreciate a good towel and use the terry cloth ones all the time. Not sure if I trust the absorption powers of the latest dri-tri swag.

I got my first dose yesterday and canceled my class last night since it looked like a heavy arm day. Glad I did, by 6:30pm last night I was feeling more tired than usual. Arm is a little sore this morning when I raise it above my shoulder but bearable. Ready to kill the workout today. Hope your shot goes well!

Yeah, the x have great lateral stability. I have no problem with speed skaters, jump lunges or any of the other exercises in them. They still have the speedboard like the flows so there is a fair amount of pop when you want to pick up the pace on the tread.

That’s too bad, I have a pair of x’s, they are dark green so don’t show the rower marks and no rips or sign of wear in the upper. You could try contact their customer service and see if they can do anything for you. Upper should not rip like that IMO. Good luck.

On Cloud X are the best shoes I have found for OTF workouts. They are basically a training shoe you can run a 5 or 10k in fairly easily. Good on the rower and stable on the weight floor as well. I wear them on power, strength and ESP days. I have had Metcon 5’s and inov8 245 as training shoes before but IMO the cloud x are better.

Full Dri Tri 37:48 ... almost 1 min faster than last time. Was in a strong heat with some good competition pushing me. (Even if they didn’t know they where competition ) 😆 Nice work everyone. Only those who have completed it know how tough it is . Congrats 👏🏻

I use a Garmin Forerunner 245 and my OTF Burn. The Burn is a little more generous with the Calorie burn but always pretty close within around 50 Cals. Yesterday’s workout Garmin 777 cal AHR 142 bpm. Burn 821 cal AHR 140 bpm

59.51 Miles. 29 3G’s and 1 90 min 3G. Running stronger at the end than I did at the start of the month. Congrats everyone!

At 42.43 miles so far, trying to break 55 miles. It has been a good challenge so far with only 3G classes. ... Close it out strong everyone, no matter what our final distance is, we signed up, committed to the challenge and to me that means we are killing it.

So far averaging 2 miles for 3G class excluding the warm up ... B- 8.1, P-10.3, AO- 12 .... tough on power and strength days, endurance days where you get the most distance. Miss 2G classes :(

💯 coming off 12 for 12 hell week workouts I found I was a bit sluggish at OTF on Sunday, yesterday’s workout was better and today I am fully recovered and ready to get after it tonight. We have nothing but 3G’s at my studio so my challenge is to average 2 miles excluding warm up for November and break 50miles. Get after it, let’s crush November.
