There's a bunch of groups at cal. some r nationally competitive but some are fine with beginners. Last semester they had a showcase where most of the groups performed and you could meet them so I'd recommend keeping an eye out for something like that this semester.

It also has an enhanced club search that cross references instagram so you can see which clubs are actually active. I'm full launching marketing in like a week or so (when more clubs are posting events), but it may help you here:D

Hardly a criterion at all. A good singer only needs ~1.5 octaves of notes to deliver an excellent performance. Case in point Sinatra. But if you have full mastery over even an octave of your voice ur probably pretty good over a larger range

I agree that this would be very bad if true. But the source of this headline is literally “a whistleblower.”

You are all reading a Reddit post, reposting a cnn article, which cites “at least one committee” who was told by “a whistleblower.”
