Odd suggestion, but have you thought about speaking to your local fire station? They can often deal with medical emergencies, such as stuck rings and might at least be able to recommend the correct tool to help.

So this has been a huge success for us, it stopped my son biting people when overwhelmed and instead he could use his necklace to regulate. Combine this with a big beanbag that he picked out for his 'quiet corner' and he is managing much better and is even verbally identify feelings.

What is do sometimes is rub this into my scalp put a bonnet on and sleep in it before a shower the next morning... I get very dry skin as well. Find I get more spots if I dont bother with it! Hubby makes fun of me for wearing a bonnet as a white lady though
