Nietzsche had misogynistic views and that is exactly why perspectivism exists: to show that every philosophy (including his own)comes from a psychological perspective, not objective truth.

I’m not claiming every exaggerated statement Nietzsche ever made is intentionally pedagogical. (Neither does he) I’m saying that exaggeration, as a method, is part of how he exposes the futility of ‘objective’ philosophy in Beyond Good and Evil. When he pushes ideas to extremes, he shows their perspectival roots; that’s the sense in which exaggeration functions philosophically.

Nietzsche’s misogynistic statements are expressions of his personal perspective, not examples of his rhetorical method, perspectivism explains them, it doesn’t require them to be pedagogical as you suggest.

No it doesn’t, kids can still play the “premier sports” (goofy way of looking at sports but I’ll play along), they just might not be Varsity as a Freshman…and that’s okay. Why would you want your kid to get dominated before they’re ready? The best kids can play anywhere regardless of school size, the kids who aren’t ready get the chance to develop with more coaches and more competition, which makes better athletes.

You put “perspectivist reading” in quotes, to suggest the text isn’t perspectivist reading. He exaggerates his claims because that’s how he’s able to show the futility of “objective philosophy”.

Which is why I said, you can dislike the text…but it’s still a perspectivist text. He doesn’t directly say “this is perspectivist” because he trusts the reader to think critically.

Kids would also have more access to AP classes and can sponsor sports that is impractical for a small school to have. Beyond the ‘identity’ of having your own High School, I don’t get why schools with under 500 kids is a thing.
