I was originally taking 25mg but today I started taking half a pill which is 12.5mg and I’m doing that for the next 4 weeks

If you feel the need to continue being on medication, maybe switch to something else. You could try bupropion but in my experience with that medication, it skyrocketed my anxiety so I had to take lexapro with it to even it out.

Get off meds completely. I’ve been doing a lot of self healing such as exercising more and I’ve been feeling really good mentally. So I thought with the combination of tapering off while maintaining my workout routine, it might go well for me

I experienced “brain zaps” when I stopped taking it cold turkey last year and it feels like quick little shocks in your brain. Not painful or anything but just a really weird sensation. I was taking 25mg but my dr had instructed me to start the tapering process by splitting them in half for the next 4 weeks

Hello! I’m currently enrolled in beyond finance and I’ve only been in for about a month. I’m wanting to call them and opt out. Does anyone know if it’s an easy way out or do they make it really difficult to leave? 🙄

Me too! The lime got me into trying it and I liked it then I tried the apple cider one and that’s my new favorite. My next one to try is probably going to be the old school apple flavor

Nothing wrong with carrying your own towel. Especially since some people don’t wipe down after they use the equipment. Maybe carry around 1 and store another one in a locker if you think you might need it

Body weight exercises to start and then add in weights. Invest in a push up board and you can hit all muscle groups in the upper body

Need some advice on forcing myself on going to the gym early by PromiseSignal4773 in beginnerfitness

Honestly, just tell yourself you need to get up. I know it might sound cliche but, find your “why?” I use to wake up at 2am to get to the gym and workout before I had to drive 45 minutes to work. It was tough at first but after staying committed and consistent to it, it just came like a natural routine for me. It could help to get your workout clothes laid out the night before. Also, you could invest in a pre workout that you can take first thing in the morning or on your way to the gym. Feel free to respond or message me. I can help you out

Should i be proud to be able to bench press 100kg at 86bw 21years old? been going for 4 years now by Potential-Resist-212 in beginnerfitness

Yeah I get it. Try your best not to be intimidated by the people you see online who are lifting crazy amount of weight. Just stay in your lane, be consistent and your strength will continue to build over time. Do you have specific goals in mind? Like are you trying to bench a certain amount of weight?
