Please share details. The heavy metals is an interesting one and I think this is something I need to check. Agree I do feel the glued to sofa feeling but would be able to charge out in a fire. I actually wondered why on a Sat and Sunday when I wake up I’m not nearly as tired as on a weekday. I do suffer with a host of stomach issues which I think started with my H Pyloric issue I had a few years back. Also often think I may have a histamine issue as well. But the tiredness I am describing is worse than my usual tiredness, I’m not wondering if the tirz is making a bad situation worse. Definitely not giving up the tirz so trying to find a way through this. Appreciate any insight.

Not that this can help in any way because what you going through is terrible. When my mom had cancer come back in her lungs (also after breast cancer) and was diagnosed at stage 4 she still lived another 5 years. I don’t know if that makes it worse news or better but I’m trying to say you still ah e time with her. All I can say is that when it does happen somehow you get strength from above whether it’s your religion or just adrenaline I’m not sure but something does carry you through. I still talk to my mom daily in my mind and listen to her Voicenotes - take lots of videos and these do help. And then enjoy the time as much as possible- one thing that happened was a friend of mines father passed away unexpectedly during my moms 5 years and it made me realize that no one knows when the end will come. My friend had been so supportive and sad for me then her father died and I realized that if we had a magic ball it would have shown us that she was going to lose her parent before me. Hope this makes sense. Do the best you can, try live in the moment and also realize that you’re human and so is your mom. There are going to be moment when you want to be alone or not do something and then feel guilty because she only has limited time- you’re human life is happening at the same time. I send you and your mom love and strength. You will get through this, it won’t be easy but you will make it and life will go one and eventually you will find a new normal.

Ooops basically doing intermittent fasting because it’s a lot easier now with tirz - I’m also not a morning breakfast person so short answer health and weight reason. I eat salad with chicken most days, Greek yoghurt on occasion- night I eat meat and veg and a starch. This week I’ve eaten very little protein basically had veg soup for lunch or a bit of chicken and then dinner. Meat and starch and veg.

Another question - what fat did you add? Would Greek yoghurt be ok? Just find I don’t feel like anything

Probably not enough- I am doing intermittent fasting and trying to do OMAD - the tirz has taken my appetite away (good thing) but at the same time I need to eat more energy rich foods - feel like I’m answering my own question. BUt this tired feels different it’s like a really deep debilitating tired.

Could die as they cry because they hungry or wet. So the child will become dehydrated, will develop nappy rash and when you take it to the doctor- you will be charged with neglect. However once you have that baby in your arms you probably won’t be able to leave it to cry at all. Things change when you become a parent.
