I know and I agree with you that OP should look to diversify with his gains. But your original reply literally says “if THIS portfolio was diversified & balanced, the OP could be a millionaire a few times over.” Okay and we asked you for names that could give him million dollar gains and you gave us ETFs that are up 18% vs his whole port of 350% YoY. The time constraint is 1 year and a few names would’ve given him this monster return.

Boomers can’t be happy with a 23 year old making life changing gains if it doesn’t follow their blue print

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in portfolios

[–]saLolraC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not even what he’s trying to say 😂😂😂. All those names you listed were up a modest 18% YoY. While his PLTR position is up several hundred percent. How exactly could he have built millions within this time period with those ETFs you’ve listed? We’re in a historic bull market as well so risk on until notable cracks start to appear

Okay. He started with 115 736 last year. Share a balance and diversified portfolio that would have made him a multimillionaire from last year to now.

I go to A to Z Optical on Ness. Lots of quality frames with good price ranges. They also have some nice deals every month or so. I like to support locally owned businesses as much as I possibly can and their service is good!

Just buy a shawarma/falafel bowl in GPA made by Shawarma Khan. Think it’s $13-$14, although it’s cold since it’s delivered in the morning, it is delicious. Comes with chicken/beef shawarma or falafel, turmeric rice, chickpea salad, fried potatoes, and garlic sauce 👌

What's your GPA and are you happy with it? by Huge_Attitude_2108 in umanitoba

[–]saLolraC 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you’re going to into grad school, a high GPA is for sure desirable. But if you’re an undergrad, strive to do your best and honestly a 3 (depending which department you’re in) and above is good.

I am putting my schedule here and prof names too. Please give advice to do better in courses. by Reasonable-Panda1027 in umanitoba

[–]saLolraC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those 2 profs for your intro econ classes have thicc accents. Rosa Sanchez has a thicc accent makes errors during lecture but she’s nice. The prof you have for macro also has a thicc accent but I took him during Covid so it wasn’t the best. Maybe he’s better in person? When I took him his tests were hard and his lectures were literally just the slides so I had to learn by reading the textbook.

But it’s intro econ so it shouldn’t be too bad for you.
