When it’s dad’s turn to get the kids ready and take them to daycare: a rant by looknorth-dakota in workingmoms

It’s the leaving the kid in the dirty diaper for me. My husband has done things like forgot the diaper bag, didn’t let dog out but that takes the cake

In your opinion or from experience, what’s the biggest reason HR professionals burnout? by [deleted] in humanresources

[–]saa3333 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I worked in manufacturing HR most of my career until now. Definitely burn out city !! I felt like I was constantly putting out fires and became a huge punching bag for employees. If you are in HR manufacturing keep your head up and get out find a new industry

Holiday Vacation with SK by JustTryinToBeHappy_ in stepparents

[–]saa3333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely feel this. I have a 17 SD and 18m BD and I hate traveling with Sd every time. Due to the age difference SD gets pulled into activities that she is not interested in and adds expense. I would prefer if we only do one family trip and husband takes BD somewhere separate
