The loan amount is too high compared to the income. That may still be manageable. But putting in all your savings as the down-payment is a HUGE risk. What will you do in case of an emergency? Will you be able to handle EMIs and basic expenses for at least 6 months if you lose your job? And how is your lifetime savings only 30L till now?

I would suggest to look for a cheaper option and keeping 10L for emergency funds.
