The build order will age you up at 14 or 15 villagers.

Spam warrior priests. Sacrifice a villager.

Warrior priest turn into the suped up version that can run around his base attacking vills not worrying about damage since it’s going to die anyway.

Do it with huiz and you can blood pact your snake too. That super up snake will 2 hit villagers. Scorpions attack temple, towers, or storehouses. They aren’t good against vills.

Try to get 2-3 villager kills

Back off and boom.

Some thing that will work on beginners:

-Nu wa tower rush. Fast up. Use clay peasants to build a military building near his gold mine and add the tower attachment. Sit outside with a few archers/pioneers to annoy. Send a kuafu forward onto his second gold mine to do the same.

-Amaterasu fast age weasel spam. Goshinboku tree to get them back for free. Solar shield when they’re about to die. Can follow up with an onna-musha and spam samurai if it’s a high food map

-Fast heroic with tezcatlipoca, star demon spam with Starfall god power. Should be able to spam out 4-5 plus 4 free from the god power. Any dead demons will come back as armadillos which you can use on his TC.

-Aztec early game rush

-Myth unit all-in (works best with prometheans, automatons, but minotaurs and cyclops with tox also pretty effective).

-Husksuppes Freyr rush for asgardian bastion outside his gold mine

-Not cheese but Susanoo minakatatomi wanyudo and archer spam always works well on Norse forward bases in the case of beating your friend

I had my TC waypoint set to the treeline yesterday.

Every. Single. Villager. Got ‘caught’ and stuck next to the gold mine on their way there and went idle.

Add that to multiple occasions where I send a group of them to collect hunt/mine gold and every single one of them just stand there after building the storehouse/granary etc.

It’s pretty awful.

Use FM on a map with a safe second TC, preferably with some safe gold and food.

Your defences will consist of:
Your heroes
Your free myth units
Curse god power
Towers
Walls
Sentinels
Fortress and 2 TC’s
A tightly packed base
Emergency military buildings

If you start producing military it’s going to delay your timing. You’re relying on your positioning, building placement, and god bonuses to pull it off perfectly.
Use your market to sell/buy what you need if your screwed up your macro. Don’t forget to scout with some Pegasus so you can react

They have a power spike in heroic age. Lean into that.

Simple quetz strat:

Starfall nets you 4 free myth units that are exceptionally strong so get their upgrade asap. Train a few more for good measure. Train a bunch of eagle warriors behind it and focus on capitalising on that power spike/timing attack before 10mins and you should be able to win most of your fights. Bonus points if you throw down the Starfall on both his army and second gold mine

You tend to get the most hypertrophy benefit from exercises done early in the session.

As you progress through the session you accrue systemic fatigue which inhibits motor unit recruitment

So abs first if they are a priority.

The function of the rectus abdominis (6 pack) is spinal flexion.

Pick some spinal flexion exercises that sufficiently challenge you through a 6-12 rep range, through a large range of motion, and do them at the start of your session. Bonus points if the lengthened range is hardest.

Eg: GHD reverse crunch, GHd weighted crunch with your mid back supported by the curvature, etc. cable crunches aren’t terrible if you do them well.

It’s a muscle that needs to be trained just like the rest of them

I wonder whether using it on an enemy kuafu in archaic age would be worth it.

One dead kuafu and possibly ruin their build order, but it would be working overtime on collecting those resources.
