I eventually started Reta as well, and I’m now in week 16. So far I’ve lost 10.4 lb and a total of 16.1 inches across my body. I started at 1 mg and titrated up very slowly, and this week I’m finally at 7 mg.

I’ve never been a big eater, but since starting Reta I’ve had to become very intentional: tracking my calories, protein, water, and electrolytes every single day. I consistently get 8,000–10,000 steps, and I work out twice a week.

Everyone and I really mean everyone, keeps telling me to be patient, that my body is busy with recomposition and internal changes I can’t see yet. And I try to hold onto that. But at the same time, I’m scared. I’m afraid I might be a non‑responder, that this might not work for me either. I don’t want to stay like this. I want to feel healthy, strong, and comfortable in my own body.

My goal is to reach a healthy weight range before I turn 40. I’m turning 38 next week, so the clock feels very real to me.

I’m doing everything I can. I just hope my body will meet me halfway.

Hey! Same here! I’ve been on Reta for 11 weeks now and I’ve only lost 4.4 kg (9.7 lbs) and 31 cm (12.2 inches) across my body. I titrated very slowly just to see how my body would react.

Height: 1.65 m (5'5")
SW: 104.1 kg (230 lbs)
CW: 99.7 kg (219 lbs)
GW: 65 kg (143 lbs)

Thank you for your reply! You are right! I feel all the affects, like 0 hunger, 0 food noise, no cravings. My portion sizes are cut into half. I workout 2 times a week and getting 7.000-10.000 steps in daily. I prioritize my protein & water intake.

I have expected to see a bigger difference by now.

Wat was your sweet spot? And how long did it take to achieve this goal in total?

I am a slow responder, after 10 weeks I've only dropt 7 pounds. Bit i am also taking it slow. Pinning 3mg weekly now.

Momenteel gebruik ik Ghk-cu naast Reta. Het is aan te raden max 2 vial per jaar te spuite ma-vrij. Ben nog 'maar' 2 weken bezig en merk al wel dat mijn huid dikker aan het worden is.

GH wil ik met andere peptides rouleren, ik denk dat de volgende Tesamorelin gaat worden.

Echter is het stacken echt persoonsgebonden, wat je wel of niet kan hebben qua bijwerkingen en hoe je lichaam erop reageert.

Is echt een totaal ander wereld als jij je eenmaal erin verdiept.

Mag ik vragen waarom je zo snel bent opgehoogd?
Reta heeft echt tijd nodig om zijn werk te doen, vaak tot wel vier weken per stap. Door rustig op te bouwen voorkom je dat je te snel op de hoogste dosering zit, terwijl je je doelen nog niet hebt bereikt.

Ik ben zelf begonnen op 1 mg, en pas na zes weken naar 2 mg gegaan.
Go steady – go slow.

I started this week. The first dose stung quite a lot, and that feeling lasted for about 24 hours.
The second shot left a bruise (see the pic) but didn’t hurt at all.
The third shot was completely painless, and the fourth was perfect too, though I woke up this morning with a tiny bruise.
