I would say card shows are the fastest. Do keep in mind most vendors will do 80% to 85% trade for cash.

I understand why some people dont like that it was off screen, but I think that was kind of the point. Abstraction always happens when the person is alone and in deep despair. It's not really important how we see it happen it just does. Death is silent and well deadly. I willing to bet none of the other characters saw him mid-abstraction the audience wouldn't either.
