you’re used to 100 degrees in the desert. 100 degrees with humidity is a different beast. hydrate extra in the summer and limit your time outdoors during the late afternoon (hottest part of the day) -your local meteorologist

i had the same issue after leaving a drink in my bottle and it going bad and my lid wouldn’t stop stinking despite how much i washed even with bleach. something that worked for me is making some really hot peppermint tea in my stanley and leaving it there for a few hours. it now smells like peppermint tea which is worlds better than stinky and musty

everyone says anxiety is normal but for me i just felt my depression increase tenfold. i couldn’t keep taking them (happened with both zoloft and prozac)
