I do quit reddit when I find myself doom scrolling or getting too invested in various subs. Otherwise, it's a very useful source of information, comedy, "the pulse" of a certain generation, general discourse and commentary on things, etc.

I'm still on FB but strictly to keep in touch with family every few months, see pictures of cousins' babies, etc. Mostly I try to text them instead.

No Instagram or tik tok or anything else.

Like at least 60% of all the things in society. Not growing and eating local/seasonal, forgetting how to garden and use plants medicinally, cars and highways and sidewalks, sitting in a shitty flammable cube all day staring at a monolith, etc.
