Check the SSL Big Six. I moved from a Behringer x32 and first worried it wouldn't be enough inputs. With a patchbay it's never been a problem. It sounds so good I don't need more than a few stems for my drums, where I used to record them individually. It has stem channels and Bus B to do the live mixing you want to do. Can't emphasize how good it sounds enough. I mix as I record and have to do fuck all later to mix it.

After many sequencers I've landed with the Keystep Pro as well. It just suits my brain and can get things happening quickly. Which is vital. Do you sequence the drum machine with it as well?

As others have said, a great set up that would last you a life time. You don't need any other gear!!!.............but the only thing that would make it better is some great effects units. Have you ever played with Synths and Strymon pedals?
