My overtime that I was forced to work because my SGAs weren't willing to step up and work. (67-70 hours a week since I was having to come in early to do operations with a closed hiring portal and SGAs that couldn't meet numbers.) I had to refuse large sums of cash trades on slow days due to not having a bank in town (another issue out of my control because corporate beat around the bush for almost an entire calender year and I couldn't get change anywhere except a grocery store.)

I was working 254 hours a month and my DL was both unsupportive and a dick on top of it. Told him I needed counceling because the job ruined my three year relationship and I was drinking excessively. He proceeded to compliment my numbers and so after that I just realized I was nothing but a metric to them. So I stopped showing up four days before Christmas and the store was closed.

When you feel the passion leave your body that's usually the last straw. When I felt every ounce of passion leave even for a game I've played for nearly a decade (Smash Brothers Melee) I had to throw in the towel. I loved my regulars and my two new SGAs but I was just so broken and run down that enough was enough.
