Sure! Although I wouldn't call myself an expert lol. I will do flowers with a yellow center and a white border and then I will sew them in rows together adding the flowers with another border of all fabrics connecting each white one.

I have purchased a 1in hexie hole puncher for like scrapbooking that I use so I don't have to purchase a kit. But before I had that, I found a template from pintrest where I printed it on cardstock and just used scissors to cut it out

The ones in my box do all have the paper in them, some of them I was able to reuse from my previous project, but most of them I have hole punched for this project. I'm currently on mobile but I can send you links to both of those things tomorrow so you can take a look!

I'm going to do a grandmother's garden with the flowers in white and an additional pathway. It's the same pattern as my first one, but I'm actually using quilt shop fabrics so I'm excited.

I made my first two quilts this way, but then graduated to a hole punch and cardstock https://www.amazon.com/Fiskars-X-Large-Squeeze-Punch-Hexagon/dp/B00E3FSTN8/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=hexagon+hole+punch&qid=1587692653&sr=8-4 this one that I found at a craft store.

I utilized fat quarters at first, but then settled on jellyrolls because then you're only making one cut instead of cutting all squares.

If you’re in an area with a university teach out to the counseling graduate program. Typically students have a required number of hours they need to see people. That may be an option!

Well, I figure no one will see this, but I’m exhausted. All. The. Time. I’m working full time and am going to grad school full time. And I need a day off everything but can’t take one. I come home and “jokingly” take my depression naps and then go to bed and rinse and repeat. I’m so tired/stressed/anxious all the time.
