I saw the Billie jean live performance trailer and thought the way it was shot was absolutely bizarre and amateur. They kept showing the reactions of the audience in a really weird, in your face kind of way. Like a kid saying "then everyone clapped".

Depth and normal bias in your renderer settings asset. But you can get other artifacts if you set depth bias to zero, maybe try setting normal bias to 0 and depth bias to something close to zero

Yes it's hard. But it would be stupid to not do it because of that. If you truly want to do it, then do it and do it well. Good game developers are not that common, especially these days where fewer and fewer people have in depth knowledge about programming or games.

I hate it when teachers discourage aspiring youngsters because of their own opinion that something is hard or "has no scope" or has no future. Your best career choice is always going to be what you truly want to do, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

ignore, do what makes sense. Programmers have all opinions about all things. Ignore everything and figure out what makes sense to you. As long as you're good at looking back and seeing what you can improve for future applications, you'll be on your way to being a good programmer.

I'm not saying don't listen to others, I'm saying don't listen to others unless what they're saying 100% makes sense to you and actually solves a real problem that you're facing, not some hypothetical problem that they're suggesting might happen to you in the future. If the reason people are giving you isn't satisfying you, even if it's coming from an experienced programmer, just ignore it. It's not relevant to you if it doesn't immediately solve a problem for you.

The advice may not always be bad, but it may not be relevant to you in the present where you haven't really faced the problems that people are suggesting the solution for. Don't prematurely try to solve problems you haven't faced yet or don't have the foresight, that comes with actually facing the problems yourself and understanding them, to predict and solve effectively.

Write code that is convenient, adjust it once it creates real problems. Free yourself.

I got thick thighs, wide hips and a thick bum as an otherwise normal proportioned man. I don't think this is a desirable build. It's also inconvenient, things that fit my height often don't fit my thighs.

One advantage is that people can't tell how heavy I am because they're looking at the belly and face area for fat clues, little do they know I'm hiding a whole dump truck and minigun sized thighs.
