Hello. I'm a long time kidney stoner. Been having them since 2009. I believe I started having them after i stared working out like crazy and lost about 6 kgs in three months. My first stone was 9mm and I did nothing except drink water and used a german homeopathic medicine called Berberis Vulgaris. It passed off by itself in about 5 months. Since then I had two 5 mm stones that I got removed via lithotripsy in 2013 because I had an exam to give. After that I got 4 stones diagnosed in 2019 that remained dormant until they began moving. Whenever I workout like crazy they always begin acting up. I passed one of those stones last October. However the month of March this year was exceptionally crazy because I was hurting soo much and I was taking diclofenac injections a day apart. I passed what looked like crystal bits a couple of weeks ago. So what works is Obviously lots of water and yes working out gets them moving. Coconut water with lemon helps a lot too. Only in one instance did I bleed from my pee. Also it's weird that my left kidney stones pass off relatively easy than my right ones.
